  Shipping Time

  • We process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
  • Orders are shipped via Trance Express Courier Service.
  • In most cases, delivery is completed within 3 days after dispatch.
  • Occasionally, courier delays may extend the delivery time, but such cases are rare.

  Returns

  We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product must have the original tags and packaging.

  We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

  Refunds

  Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

  Exchanges

  If you received a defective or wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.
