At Zuomo.lk, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must have the original tags and packaging.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item.
- Follow the instructions provided by our support team.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
